With the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation developing, we believe it’s important to be transparent about how Aargon Agency, Inc. is responding. Our philosophy as a business has been to approach this situation with empathy and urgency. Aargon Agency, Inc.’s top priority is the health and safety of our employees and of the communities we serve, including our customers, consumers and partners.

Given how the outbreak continues to evolve, we expect and are prepared to update our approach constantly to ensure the health and safety of our employees and communities. The information below is reflective of our guidelines and practices as of July 21st, 2021. We will update this post accordingly to reflect any fundamental changes to our policies.

Employee Safety

Aargon Agency, Inc. is advising our employees to follow the public health authorities' guidance regarding hygiene and personal travel. We have reinforced existing policies encouraging employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional. Updated workplace hygiene practices and standards to limit the possibility of spreading infections have also been adopted in our offices nationwide.

Employee Travel

All company-related travel is currently suspended until further notice. We believe that limiting travel is our safest and best option for reducing the risks of infection. For our offices in regions with continued spread and a high number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 locally, we are continuing to canceling in-person appointments, meetings and training. For personal travel, we are asking all employees who travel by airplane or cruise ship to self-quarantine for 14 days upon their return.

Remote Work

Aargon Agency, Inc. is asking employees that can work from home to do so until further notice and to limit personal interactions as much as possible.

If you've recently traveled to an impacted area, we encourage you to cancel your office visit. We will make every effort to arrange a remote appointment to accommodate your needs and concerns.

Aargon Agency, Inc. Office Visits

For anyone planning to visit an Aargon Agency, Inc. office, or attend an in-person meeting with an Aargon Agency, Inc. employee, we encourage you to first connect with your primary point of contact to confirm your visit or postpone it. In regions with high to medium risk of infection, we discourage in-person meetings and visits for customers, consumers & partners.

Business Continuity

Aargon Agency, Inc. maintains business continuity and disaster recovery plans focusing both on preventing outages through the breakdown or interruption of telecommunications, systems and business operations, and on rapid recovery strategies in the event of an availability or performance issue. Whenever a situations occurs that impacts customers, our goal is to quickly and transparently isolate and address and remedy the issue.

Internal Communications

At this time, we are affirming our commitment to transparency and sharing information rapidly with employees as the pandemic situation develops. Our HR and leadership teams are continuously updating employees on the latest developments and making every effort to anticipate concerns, questions, or support they, or their customers and families, may require at this time.

In addition to taking the precautions above, we are keeping empathy top of mind. It is a stressful time for our communities around the world, and so we want to do everything we can to maximizing safety.
